Register By Mail – Mail the MLR 2012 Registration Form to 3200 Mar-Lu-Ridge Rd Jefferson, MD 21755. All registrations will be held until January 1, 2012.
Once You’ve Registered:
Please complete each of the mandatory forms and any additional forms that apply. Please have all forms to us no later than four weeks prior to arrival.
Mandatory Forms:
Parental Consent Form
Health History Form
Physical Exam Form
Camper Confidentiality Form
Medication Form necessary for each medication, even over-the-counter medications
Rock Climbing/High Ropes Consent Form For all campers aged 11+
Additional Forms:
Horseback Riding Form – for Horseback and Jr Horseback camps
Canoeing Form – for Wandering Work and Adventure camps
Laurel Highlands Form – for Adventure camp
Camper Scholarships
It is Mar-Lu-Ridge policy that no camper will be denied acceptance to a camp program due to ability to pay. Mar-Lu-Ridge has a Camper Scholarship Program (aka “Campership”) for anyone who demonstrates financial need. Click to download the Campership Application Form. Campership applications must be received in the camp office by June 1 to qualify.
Church/Organizational Funding
Many churches have a camper assistance program that provides financial assistance to anyone from that church that needs assistance. Click to download the Church/Organizational Funding Form.
