Registration
Tuition, Acceptance, & Refunds
A deposit of $130 is required to secure a space for summer camp. Camper application cannot be processed without the $130 deposit and completed registration form. Deposits may be paid with cash, check, money order or credit card (MC or VISA). Faxed registration must contain valid credit card information. Mar-Lu-Ridge cannot be responsible for partial transmission or loss of information. No registrations will be accepted over the phone.
If your church, Sunday School or organization has agreed to pay part or all of tuition, the pastor, Sunday School superintendent or official must sign and complete the church/organization portion of the registration form. Without this signature, camp assumes that full tuition is due and will be paid by the parent/guardian. Regardless of tuition payment, registration deposit must accompany registration form.
To avoid a late fee, full payment must be received no later than three weeks prior to camper's arrival. Please note that a late fee charge of $25 will be assessed if full payment (and/or paperwork) is not received three weeks prior to camper's arrival. Camper will risk forfeiting space and deposit if full payment is not received three weeks prior to arrival. Also, personal checks will not be accepted less than three weeks prior to camp date.
After acceptance of registration, you will be mailed a Parent Information Packet that includes a Medical Health Form (physicals required within last two years of camp date) and other pertinent material based on your specific registration. In order for Mar-Lu-Ridge to process paperwork in a timely manner and to avoid any unnecessary delay which may jeopardize camper's admittance to camp, all paperwork should be in Mar-Lu-Ridge office three weeks prior to camper's arrival. Forms may be downloaded now from the links above. We strongly recommend you to make a doctor's appointment immediately (if you need to do so).
Refund Policy
For registration deposits made prior to March 24, 2010, Mar-Lu-Ridge
will grant a 10-day grace period for cancellation or same-camper
transfer to another session. Otherwise, deposit is non-refundable
and non-transferable as this payment secures your reservation for
summer camp. A refund of any payment above and beyond the deposit
amount will be made if cancellation takes place at least six weeks
before the first day of camp. Sorry, we cannot carry over a deposit
from year to year, nor will there be a refund once a camp session
begins.
Camper Scholarships
Many churches have a camper assistance program, and many of these provide financial assistance to everyone and anyone coming from that church regardless of financial need. Call your church office for details.
It is Mar-Lu-Ridge policy that no camper will be denied acceptance to camp program because of financial abilities. Mar-Lu-Ridge has a Camper Scholarship Program for everyone and anyone based on financial need.

Camper Scholarship Application. If the church doesn't have a copy,
have them call Mar-Lu-Ridge at 1-800-238-9974 to
request the application. Or, you may also call Mar-Lu-Ridge office
or download the form from the Camper Scholarship Application link
above. Campership applications must be received at the camp office
by May 24, 2010 to qualify.
Schedule
All camps (unless otherwise indicated) begin with registration on
Sunday 2:00-4:00 p.m. and end on Saturday with departure between
10:00-10:30 a.m. It is requested that these times be strictly observed.
Parents/Guardians wishing to attend the closing ceremony and worship
service should arrive no later than 9:15 a.m. on Saturday (or 6:15
p.m. on Wednesday for mini campers). The Parent Information Packet
will include a detailed schedule.
