Summer Staff Process
Each staff member goes through a detailed interview/hiring process (including fingerprinting and criminal background checks) and all are required to attend the intensive 10-day staff training in order to ensure an engaging and safe experience for all of our campers. All staff members review safety regulations during their training programs and receive American Red Cross certification in CPR/First Aid. Staff members trained in specialized programming (high ropes, lifeguarding (American Red Cross), archery) receive additional training.
