Diana Edelblute
Executive Director
Diana is originally from York, PA and attended summer camp at Nawakwa in Arendtsville, PA for 15 years as a camper, counselor, and program director. She holds a BS in Environmental Science from Moravian College in Bethlehem, PA. She has spent much of her post-college life on the west coast, including a service year in AmeriCorps NCCC, working in Conservation & Stewardship for the Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy, and teaching/coordinating overnight outdoor and environmental education programs at YMCA Camp Seymour in WA state. Diana joined the MLR team in 2022 as Associate Director loves how Mar-Lu-Ridge is a place where all people are safe, welcome, and loved as their authentic selves, and can learn and grow in their relationship with God, Creation, and one another. She enjoys spending as much time outside as possible, particularly hiking and exploring with husband Arron and daughters Weslie and Rowan.

Erin Keller
Associate Director
Originally from Racine, WI, Erin attended summer camp at Lutherdale in Elkhorn, WI, and served on summer staff before joining the year-round staff a few years later. She attended Luther College in Decorah, IA, and earned a BA in Visual Communication. Erin is eager to create meaningful programs that help others feel the beauty of camp and the love of God. Erin loves spending as much time in creation as possible, whether that’s downhill skiing, hiking, canoeing, or riding her bike. She also likes spending time with family and friends, playing her many instruments, playing board games, or curling up with a good book.

Tim Waskiewicz
Food Service Director
Tim has fed thousands of happy campers and retreat guests at Mar-Lu-Ridge since October 2004. He has more than 30 years’ experience in food service, working his way up through the ranks from dishwasher to general manager of a fine dining restaurant. Chef Tim has apprenticed under German, Swiss, French, and American chefs, and has worked in privately-owned, made-from-scratch kitchens and hotels in the DC/Baltimore area. Chef Tim is devoted to making each meal “not the same old camp food,” accommodating dietary restrictions, and customizing menus for our guests.

Kevin Brunk
Facilities Management
Kevin has decades of experience in construction and project management. His eye for detail and love for MLR makes this a great place for his many skills and talents. Kevin was a former staff member, serving on both summer staff and the facilities team, and he is certified as a Pool Operator. He enjoys spending time with his family and is very active in his church.
