COME HOME MLR 65th Anniversary

JUNE 7-8, 2024

COME HOME to Mar-Lu-Ridge to celebrate 65 years of mountaintop ministry!

Register for the entire event or come for one day…we are excited to spend time together with old friends and new.

Overnight Accommodations are available in the Ridge Inn Conference Center, Cabins, and Lodge 3.

Event Pricing and Lodging

Full event – Friday night through Saturday evening. Includes Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Lodging

Ridge Inn (up to 3 people per room, linens provided):

Adults ages 13 and older: $40;

Youth ages 3-12: $20

Under 3 : free

Cabins (Half cabin for a group or family, 6 bunks and a bathroom, must bring linens):

Adults ages 13 and older: $30

Youth ages 3-12: $15

Under 3: free

Lodge 3 (Open, dormitory-style, all-gender housing in bunkrooms)
Single fee for whole event: $20.

7:00 p.m. Intergenerational Bible lesson and activity
7:45 p.m. Games, Songs, Campfire with s’mores
9 p.m. Devotions (Chapel)
9:30 p.m. Hike to Shock Rock (optional)

Saturday, June 8:
8:00 a.m. Breakfast (Agape Hall)
8:45 a.m. Song time and greet day arrivals!
9:15 a.m. Nature activities for all ages and/or Bible lesson for all ages
10:15 – 11:45 a.m. Trails open (guides available), tour of Area 3, community art project in pavilion, archery open
12:00 p.m. Festive lunch (Agape Hall) Wear your MLR gear!
1:00 – 3:00 p.m. Decades Gathering – all are invited: staff, campers, family who were at MLR during each decade
3:00 – 4:15 p.m. Pool Party!
4:15 – 5:15 p.m Rest time (or more hiking, tours, and community art)
5:30 p.m. Dinner and song time (Agape Hall)
6:30 p.m. Farewell prayer for cabins 1 & 2
6:45 p.m. Closing Worship (Chapel)
7:15 p.m. Closing Campfire with s’mores, songs, and celebration
