Mar-Lu-Ridge Camp and Retreat Center in Jefferson, Maryland is seeking to fill the position of Part-time Program Director (30 hrs/week). This position is year-round, with pathways to full-time, benefited, year-round employment after three months of service.
We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic, highly motivated, and ready to share their Christian faith with our staff, campers, and guests. The PD will assist in the development and management of year-round program activities for all ages and oversee summer camp program operations. This position’s compensation includes on-site housing.
